We are the Melicob (Melissa + Jacob = MeliCob) and we live in San Francisco, CA. We have many secret (and not-so-secret) identities: market research consultant, sewing lounge owner, employee benefits excel geek, crafty book author, old janky house remodelers (while living in it, thankyouverymuch), and ginormous white fluffy dog companions. And we like to cook stuff, especially pork stuff. Inspired by Carol, pigs, foie gras, the excuse to have friends over for dinner on a weekly basis, getting our learn on, and awe-inspiring Canadian chefs, we intend to cook every recipe in Au Pied de Cochon: The Album. Just for fun.
